What are your Exchange and Return policies and procedures?


As Mdz Collection, the satisfaction and expectations of our customers are important to us, so you have the assurance of free exchange and return. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return the product or products you purchased for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that they are in their original packaging, unused and the labels have not been removed.

How can I make an exchange or return?


You can complete your return by accessing your relevant order from the "My Return Requests" section after logging into your account or by visiting our "Easy Return" page on the homepage.

Will I pay the exchange and return shipping costs?


You can send your cargo free of charge via "Aras Cargo" with the return code you will receive from the "Easy Returns" page. If you want to send your exchange or return cargo with another cargo company, please remember that the shipping fee must be covered by you.

You are responsible for the exchange and return of your orders placed abroad. Products whose labels have been removed, used or damaged so that they cannot be sold again cannot be exchanged or returned.


Are there any interruptions in return transactions?


No, for your purchases from mdzcollection.com, the purchased amounts of the products you send back will be refunded to you. There is no deduction from the refund amount of the products you purchase.

The Shipping Fee you pay to deliver the products to you and the Cash on Delivery Service Fee collected for your Cash on Delivery orders are not refundable.
